Our estate home moving service starts with an onsite assessment of both the loading and delivery sites by the company owner, the move crew chief and the move crew accompanied with the customer and their property manager / consultant. The assessment will include an itemized photo album of all items to be moved and a detailed description of each item, an entrance and exit preparation, floor measurements for protective coverings to be temporarily installed, logistical analysis and confirmation (i.e.-truck parking, staging area, site boundaries, security standards and protocol, etc.), and confirming packaging / crating necessities.
In each of our estate home moves the process is handled with discretion and confidentiality. We do not share our customer’s information with any other person or entity and all of our staff and crew members are legally bound by a Trust-Confidentiality Agreement. Further our customer’s are never approached by our staff or crew unless verbally permitted to do so.
Once the onsite assessment has taken place, All-Dixie Moving Services will handle all coordination of the move itself in concurrence with the instruction of the customer. Crew members will wear protective clothing and footwear to ensure the integrity of the site and to avoid any occurrence of floor damage or wall damage due to crew contact.
